Atriux

Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 25, 2026

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google profile picture. If you sign up with email and password, your password is hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text.

When you use the service, we collect the job listings you track (company names, positions, URLs, notes) and research data generated by our AI agent on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Provide and maintain the Atriux service
  • Run AI-powered research on job listings you add
  • Process payments and maintain your credit balance
  • Create Google Calendar events if you connect your calendar
  • Authenticate your identity and secure your account

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Atriux:

  • Anthropic (Claude API) — powers AI research. Job and company data is sent to Anthropic for processing. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe — processes payments. We do not store your credit card information. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Google OAuth — used for sign-in and optional calendar integration.
  • Neon — hosts our PostgreSQL database.
  • Vercel — hosts the application.
  • Tavily — provides web search results for job research.

4. Google Calendar Data

If you connect your Google Calendar, we store an OAuth access token and refresh token to create calendar events on your behalf. We only access your calendar to create events related to job application dates. You can disconnect your calendar at any time, which immediately deletes all stored tokens.

5. Data Retention

Your account data and job listings are retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual jobs at any time. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and secure JWT-based sessions. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for Google Calendar integration at any time through the app settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
