Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Atriux ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Atriux is a job tracking application that uses AI to research companies, predict application opening dates, and help users manage their job search. The Service includes free-tier usage (limited to 3 AI research uses) and a paid credit system for additional usage.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use Atriux. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Credits and Payments

• New users receive 3 free AI research uses.
• After free uses are exhausted, you may purchase credits via Stripe.
• Credits are used to pay for AI research at the actual token cost plus a 15% service fee.
• Credit balances are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent the free-tier usage limits
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts to access the Service without prior written consent

6. AI-Generated Content

Research results, predictions, and recommendations provided by Atriux are generated by AI and are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content. You should independently verify important information such as application deadlines and job availability.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Aaron Rhim. You retain ownership of any data you submit (job listings, notes, etc.).

8. Limitation of Liability

Atriux is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Aaron Rhim be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed job application deadlines.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if payment disputes remain unresolved after reasonable attempts to contact you. Upon termination, your data may be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
